Industry-leading safety performance
SWAT’s contributions to workplace safety:
- Developed more than 120 procedures for the company’s safety manual
- Created an Alliance Safety Council safety course, mandatory for field employees, which includes follow-up computer-based training to ensure safety information is continuously updated
- Retained adequate staff of safety compliance managers to assist leadership in field evaluations
- Implemented an electronic safety audit system which generates KPI’s across all sites
- Employed more than 50 safety managers that rotated between sites, conducting field safety audits and ensuring craft, labor, and field leadership consistently and accurately followed safety protocols
